Coating provider Michelman acquires India’s Supack

MELBOURNE, Australia, Feb. 6, 2015 (PPI Asia) -Coating specialist Michelman has acquired India's Supack International in a bid to develop its activities in the printing and packaging market there.

The two companies had previously worked co-operatively in the Indian market and Supack's management is not slated to change.
