JACKSONVILLE, FL, Nov. 4, 2013 (Florida Times-Union ) -RockTenn has temporarily laid off 50 workers at one of its Jacksonville facilities. A company spokeswoman confirmed that one of the two machines at the mill on Eastport Drive off Heckscher Drive was shut down effective Monday.
