DS Smith introduces new corporate identity and brand

BRUSSELS, Nov. 28, 2013 (PPI Europe) -The European packaging giant DS Smith (DSS) has rolled out a new corporate identity including a new logo and a new website. The unified corporate image is part of the firm's strategy to bring its packaging, paper, plastics and recycling operations together 18 months after the acquisition of SCA's packaging business, DSS said.

Mayr Melnhof to revamp KM 3 at its Frohnleiten mill in Austria, launch Foodboard production

BRUSSELS, Nov. 28, 2013 (PPI Europe) -Mayr Melnhof (MM) has tapped Siemens Drive Technologies Division to upgrade its 310,000 tonne/yr white-lined chipboard (WLC) KM 3 at its Frohnleiten mill in Austria. MM declined to disclose the value of the order.

UK’s Chesapeake introduces ultra-low migration ink system at its Bristol food labeling plant
