BRUSSELS, Oct. 10, 2013 (RISI) -Morocco's Compagnie Marocaine des Cartons et des Papiers (CMCP), a subsidiary of International Paper, has invested Euro 5 million ($6.8 million) in a new fluting machine for its Agadir plant.

The new line, which is being supplied by the Italian firm Fosber, will be operational in the middle of this month.

New potential buyer reported for liquidated French unit of Van Genechten Packaging

BRUSSELS, Oct. 10, 2013 (PPI Europe) -The liquidated VG Goossens's Marcq-en-Baroeul packaging plant in France may have found a prospective buyer in the form of Belgian firm Carton P. Van De Velde. A spokesperson from the firm confirmed that it was reviewing the VG Goossens unit.
