ATLANTA, Oct. 23, 2014 (PRNewswire) -Graphic Packaging International, Inc. ("Graphic Packaging"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Graphic Packaging Holding Company (GPK), announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell $250 million aggregate principal amount of its senior unsecured notes due 2022 (the "Senior Notes") in a registered public offering.
