BUFFALO, NY, Sept. 26, 2014 (Buffalo News) -The Greenpac mill on Royal Avenue resumed normal production Wednesday morning as Niagara Falls firefighters continued to douse hot spots that arose four days after a massive blaze broke out at the facility and the adjoining Norampac Industries plant.
